They do not take appointments, and unfortunately I have attempted five times to drop off my car for new tires. Because they make you come in on a first come first serve basis, I have wasted a lot of time to try and save $50. I am sorry to write such a poor review, but this policy is poor customer service as it’s incredibly inconvenient.

Dropped my car off at 8AM to get 4 tires replaced. Was told it would be done it 3 hours or so. After 5 hours of waiting for a call, I called and after waiting on the phone for 10 minutes, was told the car hadn’t been worked on, and they weren’t going to work on it because there was a problem with the lug but. No one called to tell me. No one called to let me know about this issue. Unacceptable.
