If you do not speak Spanish DO NOT GO HERE!! The guy in here does not speak very good English and does a poor job of explaining things. Usually when you finance something the business owner prints out a copy and goes over it with you. Not this case... He printed out nothing and made me sign something on my phone. The print was small and I missed the part where it said this was a lease agreement. Who leases a dog? I feel scammed. And then he had his daughter call me. She speaks good English, but her customer service skills are horrendous! So rude! I am keeping the dog because I don’t want to put him back at that dump. Never again!!!!!!

I don't know how these people can live with themselves.

I went in last year to buy an english bulldog from them. She was almost $2,000 which is expensive but not unheard of for this breed. They told me they had a service to finance it at little to no interest. This obviously sounded great so I signed up for it and got approved.

Turns out this is actually a huge pet LEASING SCAM. You don't actually own the dog and they charge you almost 300% interest. I've now paid more than what the dog cost and still owe the company money. All in all they want me to pay over $7,000 for the dog.

The staff at this shop know full well what they are tricking customers in to and they are ruining lives. My credit score is now TRASHED because of this shop. It's gone down over 100 points because of this leasing scam and my plans of buying a house were halted to a screech.

I was tricked into signing up for a pet lease by the owner here and now my financial life is ruined. Thanks alot.

100% Puppy mill puppies sold here. 
No responsible breeder would put there puppies in a retail environment. 
Plus these puppies are sick and with genetic issues because of over breeding. 
Do your homework. Just google pet stores and puppy mills.

i bought  my puppy from this place and my pup was very sick when i got him and took him to the vet he pays for. well to make a long story short my baby almost died. from kennel cough it turned into pneumonia. do not buy from this bad man.

Thank you all for the reviews!! It helped me cause I was looking for a lab puppy and this was the first page popping up.  I'll look for another place. 😉
