The only reason I give two stars is because I got what I needed. The customer service was horrendous from all three of the employees there. Unhappy, lazy and unprofessional people. If you’re not happy at your job, go get a new one! The reason I have been a loyal customer to Petco is because of the amazing customer service I would receive EACH time I’d go to the Pembroke Pines location. They are the bomb. But now I moved to Miami so I tried out this location and the Miami Beach location. Never going back to this location again.

Pretty good selection and generally friendly staff. The problem is there are too few folks to help. As a result, if you have a question, you need to hunt down a salesperson.

Needed to make a return. The clerk was very efficient.  While waiting I saw how wonderful the other clerk was with 2 different dog visitors.  Clearly the dogs were thrilled to be there & aware of the treats at check out!

The 2 stars is mainly for the grooming. I did not like the service and we got our dog back terrified and unhappy. This has never happened before. I take her to grooming every month and she never reacts the way she reacted today. I will definitely not do the grooming at this Petco anymore. Overall the store is good and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The dogs there were cute but the workers lied and said it didn't have any diseases but the dog I got had worms and blood in his stool
