Please keep your pets away from here!!! I have lived a HORRIBLE experience here. I took my dog to the groomers for a bath. Hadn’t been even 5 minutes when I see a manager rushing my dog to the vet (Banfield) I immediately ask where are you taking my dog? The unprofessional groomer that isn’t even licensed (found out after the accident) cut my dog on the belly area. This lady has the dignity to tell me oh shes ok nothing big, shes not bleeding. When I go see my dog my poor baby had a hole with blood that seemed she was trying to dry it out for me not to see it. Hole was deep and wide too! Nothing small at all!!!!! This lady was laughing and smiling telling me not to worry. My dog had to be put to sleep to stitch her wound. They denied wanting to give me any paperwork with the accident that happened! Which is ILLEGAL!!! After one week of missing work, because of having to take care of my dog and administer medications I find out her culture came back positive for a bacteria from the injury!!! Another dosage of antibiotic needed for another week! My dog and I suffered so much throughout this whole thing! It was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! To them it was a joke like if an animal is not worthy to them. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HERE I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH THIS BAD EXPERIENCE! Go online and see how many pets they abuse of, hit, and throw around! THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS I WISH I WOULD OF KNOWN BEFORE. I would of NEVER taken my dog here!

Brought my 9 month old dog to the groomer here yesterday, and it was a total nightmare. My dog returned completely shaven, with only a bit of fur on his head (all of which was different lengths and lopsided). However, the appearance wasn't the real problem (it is hair, and will grow back anyway). When I brought him home, his skin has turned bright red from irritation, and he has been lethargic and frightened. Beyond that, I noticed his gums were bleeding onto his toys pretty significantly, which I assume was due to the dental cleaning. 

I don't know exactly what happened here, but he has never reacted to a grooming like this. I could tell the groomers seem to allude to some incident, as I noticed later their manager gave me a discount without my knowledge. 

All in all, my dog will never be returning to this Petsmart.
