I wish I read the reviews before ordering a male ball python. I ordered on a Monday afternoon. After I had not received any communication, I emailed them. They responded Tuesday informing me that they did not ship due to "inclement weather" and sent a FedEx tracking#. The package was to arrive Wednesday by 10:30am, but tracking told me they never sent the snake. After several emails and calling a disconnected #, I received an email stating it wasn't shipped due to "inclement weather". At this point I was livid and checked the country for reports of bad weather. There was not any warnings of bad weather!!!! I serious believe they use that as an excuse. Very unprofessional!!!!!

Snakes at Sunset honestly deserves a 5/5! This has been my first ever experience with ordering reptiles online and this has been my very first snake. The entire process has been a wonderful experience. A very wonderful staff and a very wonderful snake! I definitely look forward to ordering from them again.

I love the freindly and knowledgeable crew at Snakes at Sunset. Every reptile I've purchased with them have been hearty and healthy. They're always available to help with any questions. I make a monthly visit with my daughter, to buy our snake's mice, and we usually hang out for more than a hour to look at all the cool animals they have.

Great reptile store, unfortunately they don't have rats or mice all the time but they usually get a shipment of the little critters on Thursdays. Aside from that I have purchased 3 snakes from there and all are very healthy. The staff is always helpful with novice reptile owners. And they got a great selection. Unfortunately they don't sell venomous animals.

I originally posted a negative review and I’m sorry I did. Long story short, I was to receive a Kenyan Sand Boa for my birthday and it hadn’t arrived and it turned out that the normals were all sold out. I had SAS send me a stripe instead. She is happy and healthy and I am very pleased with how she was packaged and shipped. Communication with the company was a struggle however, but if you stay on top of it they are more than happy to help. Thank you Snakes at Sunset!
