I bought an ottoman on December 3rd 2012 and was told it would be 4-6 weeks. I finally got a call on April 30 2013...almost 5 months to the day later that it was in. The service here is horrible and I will never step foot in the store again. And I will certainly tell all of my friends and family about this to persuade them not to ever shop here.

By far, one of the few top/great furniture stores left in the Detroit area.  Their interior decorators are tops (Hall Rd store near Lakeside Mall), their customer service is absolutely over the top.

Stop in - walk around, they have so many lovely, top notch things.

Back a few years, it was "an outing" to visit a popular neighborhood furniture store, browse the "rooms", dream, tempted to buy -- maybe buy.  The good stores are so far and few now, it's a force to the Internet to shop and buy.  What a terrible shame!

I don't know if I like all the changes in modern life!!! I hope Gormans is around for a long time to come!
