Very unhappy with customer service.  They will smile and take your money but buyer beware when it comes time for concerns or delivery.  When purchasing was NEVER told that they only deliver to certain areas of Michigan once a month.  One day a month people!!!  The manager Charlie, at the Utica Michigan store is the rudest individual and customer service rep I have ever dealt with. When I brought up concerns of the delivery specifics, back ordered items although my order was paid in full and my disssatisfaction in general I was told “there is nothing I can do call corporate I am very busy today and this call is starting to be a waste of my time”.  When I asked what is with the attitude towards an unhappy customer. I got a very sarcastic “I’m having a great day there is just nothing further I can do for you”. But you have not addressed any of my issues.  Then said I am hanging up now.  Click.   Seriously!  Will never ever order anything from that again. I hope someone from corporate reads this and the conversation was recorded and reviews it and gets rid of the poor excuse of a manager.

Ordered sectionals and coffee table. Our salesman MIKE NISAN was absolutely amazing. Mike Nisan was very professional during our purchase (which involved changing online order and price-matching). When the sectional was delivered, one section was defective and Mike took care of the exchange. Highly recommended to deal with Mike Nisan

I have purchased two couches, a bedroom set, an ottoman and two mattress and box spring sets here. I have always been impressed with the quality of the furniture, the large selection, the helpful salespeople, and, most importantly, the prices! The furniture has all been long-lasting. Delivery was also prompt and polite every time!

Workers kept trying to help us which was a little annoying. Most things were reasonably priced. Bought a couch and was checked out quickly. Setting a delivery date was easy.

Ordered online & want to change the color in store. Luigi from Value City Utica confirmed that he can do that with the same price but i have to cancel my online order. Did that and guess what... they charged with new higher price!!!!

Update review: approx. 15 min after i posted above review, Luigi called me, apologize & matched the price. I know he tried his best to somehow able to keep his word & provide best customer service. Hence, i changed the 1 star to 4 stars.
