This is a fantastic place for anyone, but particularly phenomenal for those dealing with chronic pain.

I visited expecting to browse for a specific item, and instead was given personal attention and help in actually leaving the store with some relief- not just hoping a product helped me.

Laura is incredibly understanding and made it her personal goal to help alleviate some pain on the spot- I've never visited a store and been so specifically and genuinely cared for.  She has even checked on me since to offer encouragement and support- and yes, before this experience we were complete strangers.

This is a nice little store and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I needed a new pillow because I was having neck issues and they help you find exactly what you need. They recommend a few things and let you test the pillows out. You try them at the store and then you can rent one for 10 days to see if it's the right fit. They're pricey, but it's worth it to get what you need.

Great customer service, excellent products would highly recommend for those with chronic back pain. Very knowledgeable staff who will find you exactly what you need.
