Same thing happen here. They called me for a bill which happened on 2014. And give me their Clifton's address to convince me. I have clearly remembered that I have I never been to Clifton before. Then they told me maybe the Jersey City. How could they require me to pay for a 3 year ago bill without knowing where exactly I went? DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET A BILL IN 3 YEARS!!!!

They contacted me for payment for a balance 3 years back, and said my insurance hasn't paid enough and asked for more money. It takes 3 years for you to figure that out? I m using in network provider and I don't have deductible, paid my copay during visit. I changed my insurance two years back and they want to collect money from me now and ask me to talk to insurance to argue it .

The staff is warming and friendly and that's essential when you kind of come in a little nervous. Dr. actually spend time with me explained things in detail. (unlike the last Dr. in Jersey City where he left the room and put in a DVD and gave me a brace I didn't need and when I asked questions basically said "because I said that's what you need, I'm trying to keep you from surgery) I mention all of that to say, not only did he comment why I didn't need any of the previous things that Dr. stated but gave examples as to why I dint need any of that. These Doctors are very very thorough and asked if I had any questions? . Clean place as well.

I went there for an appointment for my knee that was bothering me and I was in pain. I torn my ACL on my other knee before so I knew that might have torn or damaged something in my good knee. When arriving i meet with not the physician but his assistance for 1 1/2. They took X-rays and told me everything look good and that i might need to just rehab and let it heal on its own and they can recommend a rehab place in the building as well. I felt they where trying to milk my insurance for the rehab sessions and wanted me to go rehab for a month and then re-evaluate it. I agreed but never went back, I decided to go back to my old knee doctor who did my ACL surgery. In 15 mins he took an x-ray and saw that i had a bone spur growing in my knee and told me i need to get an MRI. I got the MRI and he told me i had a torn MCL, have a sist because of the tear and also some meniscus tear which would require surgery. Gotham should have picked up on that immediately but they were against sending me to get an MRI and wanted me to do rehab at their location. I would never go back there the stay away and go to a real place where they don't try to scam your insurance for money.

Nice place, nice doctors and nurses. Remember to confirm if you need an ortopedist or a surgeon ortopedist, you will save time and money.
