I been going to this office for almost a month and the waiting time and the walk-in is excellent i am a patience of doctor Mona Aboulnaja and she is really great. She comes in and sits with her patience and listens to everything you have to say and answers all my questions . All the nurse staff they are also excellent as well i will definitely continue coming to this place.

When I have an appointment, they are generally punctual. The staff is friendly. 

The online account reminders force you to log in. It would be more useful to send a text.

Bad Service! I did my physical with them, the doctor was ok, waiting time not too bad ,however I was charged a lot from LAB CORP for my blood work even if it has to be cover by my preventive care with my insurance.
On top of that I never got a notice from them for my results; I had to call after over a month and half claiming my results! and they asked me to come over to see the doctor again. This is beyond unprofessional.

We've always had a positive experience bringing our son to Riverside. Kind people, minimal wait time and good care.

First, I'll start that I LOVE the doctors with this practice and the convenience of their multiple locations. Doctor Baker was my son's pediatrician in the NICU and Doctor Marina took amazing care of him for 3 years after that. 

But, they are the most disorganized office ever. 

In June 2014, they didn't bill my insurance company for my son's vaccinations. I ended up being sent to collections over an $800 bill I was not meant to be responsible for. It took 4 months of phone calls to rectify this issue and have them bill the correct insurance. I gave them the benefit of the doubt out of convenience of their locations and continued to bring my son to them.

When we decided to move out of state in April 2017, the first thing I did was call my son's doctor's office to request his records be printed out for me to pick up before coming to Georgia. A month later, I was told they still weren't ready and that they'd be mailed to me. They claimed to have mailed out the records, however they never arrived. It's now been SIX MONTHS of waiting for these records with phone calls and emails every 2-3 weeks. My son is unable to start school in GA because I don't have a copy of this paperwork. They claim to have archived them and were going to get them from storage, yet it's been 2 months since then. 

If you want a great doctor, this is the place to go. But it comes at a great cost if you ever need something done efficiently.
