Horrible , the doctor is a sweet heart but the services is horrible They never send out my prescriptions to the provider for aprobation is been almost 2 months and I’m still waiting for my medicine , I called they never pick up the phone and the last thing they make you wait over 10 hours to see the doctor .

I waited almost 4 hours to be seeing by Dr. Perez. The wait was not wortly and ended up going to see other Dr. I'll never go back again.

Had a bad experience with this doctor, wrote a negative Yelp review, and when I went back I got verbally abused. I wouldn’t want anyone to go here. Here’s what happened: The first time I went to Dr. Perez’s office, I went around 11am. I was told to wait, and later was told to go home and wait at home, and go back when it was almost my turn. I went back eventually around 5pm, and was told to pay, which made me think I was next. But then I waited until 7pm and it was still not my turn, and I decided a 7+ hour wait time was too long, even for a walk-in clinic. So I wanted to get my money back and leave. I waited at the receptionist’s window for at least 15 minutes, and there was no one there. I was sick and really needed help, so I just left and found another doctor. Being frustrated by the experience, I wrote a review on Yelp (under my real name) and gave a factual account of what happened. The doctor’s office called the next day and offered to refund my deposit. At first, I thought this was at least a genuinely nice gesture - that was until I arrived. When I went back for my refund, the receptionist insisted I couldn't pick it up at her desk and I'd have go into one of the examination rooms and speak with the doctor to get it. When I went in, I was shocked to be greeted with an angry woman (who I believe was the doctor's wife) who held out a piece of paper. It was a print-out of my original Yelp review, with certain parts highlighted in pink, and big black marker writing stating "VERY BAD MOUTH". She put the print out in my face and started yelling "DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'VE DONE? YOU HAVE A VERY BAD MOUTH. YOU ARE A WOMAN!". After aggressively defending some of the points from my review, she shouted "Be careful!" in what felt like a threat to me. She didn't expand on it, but it made me incredibly uncomfortable. She ended her remarks by saying “I am very embarrassed… I am very embarrassed for you.” At some point the doctor came in and said he had been in business for 40 years and he is surprised by what I wrote on Yelp. He said "You haven't even met me". From what I understand, he is upset because I gave him a one-star review based on my long wait time as opposed to his medical service. Frankly, if they were to calmly find out if there were any misunderstandings, or if they feel that my review wasn't fair or accurate, I would have been open to discuss and even potentially apologize. But that is beside the point now. Given how they treated me, I stand firmly by my one-star review. I want to believe Dr. Perez is an experienced and capable physician, and he takes pride in what he does. However, I find it utterly unacceptable and unbelievable that a doctor would harass someone in person for what he/she wrote on the internet. Given how his office is run, and their inability to take criticism and handle disputes in a professional way, I, despite being humiliated, threatened, and scared, feel the urge to share it here so at least you know what to expect. I hope that instead of harassing those expressing the poor experience they had, they learn and grow from it.
