Effortless move? Yep.  From the first phone call to the moment they left, everything was smooth, on time, and as promised.  The firm price was very competitive (and less risky) and the movers were friendly, professional, fun, and they worked very hard.  All our stuff arrived safely and the guys were patient while my wife asked them to move things around so she could see how they looked in the new space.  Will definitely call Gouffon for our next move.

I definitely recommend Gouffon moving to anyone who is planning a move. They are prompt, professional,  reasonably priced and well equipped. There is a reason this company has been in Knoxville for several generations. I was well pleased with the attitude of the people who packed and moved me across Tennessee. Their cheerful attitudes made the difficult days of moving , so much easier. It was like having friends to help, but friends who knew what they were doing. My only suggestion to the homeowner would be to try and add some descriptive words on the boxes as the men pack. I have way too many boxes with “Misc. “ written on them. They write the name of the room on every box, but I have spent days trying to find specific things. The packers do not know what will be important to you, and in their defense, I realize they cannot list everything in the boxes.

The Gouffon Moving team was very professional, courteous and exceeded our expectations. Price was very good and competitive. We hired the company to move our furniture out of our main level for floor refinishing. Most of the items went to the garage or other locations of our house. The movers were very careful with glass items (I had a lot of glass) and made sure everything was moved to the proper location. I would definitely hire them again!

We had a terrific experience recently using the services of Gouffon to move to our new home. Everything with Gouffon was easy, from the estimate process to the movers picking up our things at our old house and moving them to our new home -- and the company's professionalism was on display every step of the way. 

We couldn't be happier with our experience using Gouffon. We appreciate all their help.

Gouffon moved me on 10/26/2017.  Russell and Brett were fantastic!  They showed up right on time, and were highly efficient and professional. They were courteous, conscientious, and treated my items with care as they loaded and unloaded the truck.  I was treated with respect throughout the whole process.  From the time I called to inquire about Gouffon Moving and Storage till I signed the check, Gouffon was top notch.  I would highly recommend!!
