Prompt and accurate quote, timely arrival to load, excellent personnel who took care of our stuff gently and fast; we used storage and price was reasonable, and delivery (different state) was made on time and absolutely all our stuff arrived to our new home in perfect shape. I highly recommend Anthony and his crew to anyone contemplating moving.

They bill by the hour and sent men who couldn’t possibly work slower.  They didn’t bring tools and had to borrow mine.  Charged me $598, which was $100 higher than his highest estimate to move a small amount of furniture 0.2 miles.

I've used Move 4 Less three separate times when moving to and from Knoxville, and always had great experiences. They've been flexible with my needs; I've had them move the stuff themselves and load a rental truck for me to drive. It's amazing to see how much of a difference it makes to have professional movers helping rather than trying to move with the help of friends. They loaded things so much more quickly, efficiently, and safely than I've seen done before. I found their movers to be friendly and professional, and the prices were good. Overall, I would definitely recommend Move 4 Less!

I am giving Move 4 Less one star, because 0 stars is not an option. I am so disappointed in Move 4 Less. My family and I had decided to move to the Midwest from Knoxville and were looking for a moving company that would be trustworthy, honest, and reliable. We had communicated via email for a rough estimate and in the email it strictly said, “Our crew will show up with all the equipment necessary to move you, including furniture pads, tools, and dollies. There is no deposit required to begin your move. You simply pay your moving crew at the completion of the move in cash or with a check.” These words are what sold us on wanting to get an in home estimate with Move 4 Less. The day the estimate was supposed to be done, we waited for an hour and a half with no phone call or anything letting us know they were running behind. I had called the company twice and left a message and the owner Anthony finally got a hold of me and had no recollection of us being on the schedule. He said he would be there himself in 20 minutes and he was. Despite them forgetting our estimate, we still decided to go with Move 4 Less because they were giving us an estimate that was affordable. He stated that they own their own trucks and they leave for the destination as soon as they are done loading everything. The day of the move they arrived early and they had brought a Penske rental truck (not their own truck like they had said) and started loading things up. I had went and bought them breakfast and when I was gone they asked my husband for payment up front, which is opposite of what they said. The movers took multiple smoke breaks, didn’t have any tools to take apart our furniture, they kept asking my husband for his drill because my husband was helping them do their job which they clearly were not prepared to do. As the truck became completely full, 20% of our stuff had still not been loaded. They left our house without the other part of our belongings. After attempting to call Anthony multiple times, he finally returned our call hours later. We tried to get a plan for getting the rest of the stuff they left and he said that they had a job in Chicago the next week and that they would try to fit the rest of our stuff on that truck and bring it to us. When they delivered our stuff to our new place, they didn’t put anything together, they didn’t unwrap our couch, they literally dumped everything in the garage and left. Multiple items were broken and despite paying an extra $20 for extra insurance coverage, they said it wasn’t covered.  Since we had already paid them for the move, getting the rest of our stuff was not a priority to them.  Nevertheless, they never returned our calls or got the rest of our belongings for us. We had to return back to Knoxville and after 28 hours of road time and a rental truck later we had all of our belongings. In conclusion, this company was NOT trustworthy, honest, and reliable and we highly recommend taking your business somewhere else.
