When it comes to most things, I find they carry a great variety of stock and items. When it comes to returns, I've found them to be refreshingly helpful. When I need help on the floor, I find....that....staff are hard to find. If they improve that aspect of their service as a hardware store, I'd tend to up their rating.

Delivery is terrible at communication.  TWICE in the past month we bought appliances from Lowe's.  BOTH times the delivery windows were established from 8am-Noon.  BOTH times they ended up delivering at about 2pm.  NEITHER time did they bother to call.

So, if you like sitting around your house waiting for a delivery, this is the place to go.

Sure would be nice to have some customer service.  Why should I have to call corporate, to call the local store, to call the delivery personnel to get an update?  Why should I not be offered any compensation for my time?

I was going to leave a two star rating, but I remembered my in-store experience just as I was typing this.  Very sparse customer service representatives.  In fact, the washer I'm still waiting on was not purchased in the store, because the ONLY representative in the area had literally 3-4 groups waiting on her, so we ordered online.

Waited 2 1/2 weeks for this late delivery as well.

One star.

I would generally not recommend lowes to anyone but this store tops them all. I have had some many projects start with shopping that would just fall apart at the store. Items listed on the website on stock are not in their aisle, can't find them or don't have them. Cut-off tools are being sold but not the cut-off discs fitting them. Don't ever expect anything useful in the screws and bolts section, they don't have it or it won't fit after the clerks sent you out with the wrong item. Paint supplies? You will get everything but the brush you need or something else will be missing in store to get the project done. I literally cannot complete one single project with shopping here. This store is terribly mismanaged. Oh and don't even think of asking for help here, the clerks will be sorry for you that you have to or just send you down to ace hardware. Homedepot Port Orchard, where are you?

As a local I've shopped here quite often. I've found the employees to be very helpful for the most part. The store is clean and their prices are reasonable.
