Hadn't stayed at any of the Graduate hotels before, and I liked it. Vibe was reminiscent of boutique hotels I've stayed at in Silicon Valley and NYC. Cute rooms, clever fun decor. Three bars! Front desk staff was fantastic (thanks for copying the music for us) and the valets were super cool (knew which car was mine before I gave them my ticket). If I'm going to another city that had a Graduate, I'll definitely bump it up on my list.

The graduate was a fantastic place to stay. Rooms are clean and we'll decorated (although beauty is in the eye of the beholder and some aspects, especially the plaid carpeting could be a bit polarizing.) A great stay overall. It's in the middle of all the action in Charlottesville and the staff are amazing and friendly. One caveat is that there is no breakfast served, only a small cafe that you have to pay for.

Eclectic, comfortable, contemporary hotel. Very different feel from the big chain hotels, more welcoming. Great staff, interesting design, great location. We will stay here again whenever we're in town.

Surprisingly great hotel -- super clean rooms and nice amenities. This place has a lot of character... lots of cool mid-century decor in the rooms and lobby. The staff is top notch as well.

Cute, unique and fun place to stay. It's old but very clean. The rooms are quirky and comfortable. The game room is super cool, but the rooftop restaurant and bar are the highlight. Quality food and service with a great atmosphere. The coffee shop had good food choices and made delicious little donuts to go. I'll be there again.
