If you are looking for good Joe, look no further! The coffee is consistently the best around. There is a real passion for coffee here and the staff are both friendly and knowledgeable! The new store is looks great! An excellent place to study, work, or just read a great book. I am excited to try the new tasting opportunities - it is a whole new world of coffee!!

Great coffee.  Service used to be very friendly .. not so much lately,  perhaps with all the stress of planning for the extension. Today,  11/1/17, I went into the newly opened extended version of the coffers shop.  Great large space now,  very ample,  very nice.  Great coffee always.

Customer service & quality of coffee was lacking. This was my first time there and when I did not like the way the iced coffee was prepared and asked for another, they told me I'd have to pay again.  When my friend needed a lid & straw for her water, again they acted like we were bothering them and even asked, 'You need a lid?" not to clarify mind you, as in "Why do you need a lid?"  We were 2 of 4 customers in the store with no one else in line during major construction project.  Also, the coffee was weak, especially for an iced beverage. Not a stellar first visit. Not sure why so many in Cville knock Sbux - the coffee is strong, consistent, and so is the customer service.

Amazing environment to study or just chill while you enjoy your favorite coffee. A lot of variety. Comfy furniture. Excellent coffee.
