UPDATED REVIEW: Changed my review from 3 to 5 stars. Got a courteous note from the owner about the music and seems like they got the sound system sorted out. Thanks for the response. I’ve been back a dozen or so times since and this place is now one of my favorites. The menu is great and the atmosphere is awesome. Come to Camas and give them a try. They even have friendly wait staff! Unlike a lot of the hipster wannabe restaurants in downtown Vancouver who make people queue at the bar to order their food. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Seems like a cool place. Like the decor and the beer and food are pretty tasty. Three stars only because the music selection is so loud and obnoxious. I get that they’re trying to establish an identity, but I’d caution the owners not to alienate/chase off future paying customers who don’t want their ears drums pounded constantly at dinner. In fact, I didn’t buy a second beer and opted to leave after one because I was seated directly under a speaker. It might sway me from coming here with friends/family to have dinner and drinks in the future just because it’s so hard to talk and hear each other. Kind of a shame because it’s so close to my house, but it’s a new place and I’m sure this will get worked out. Not giving up just yet!

What an incredible experience. This is a new place in town. A true brew pub. Very tasty freshly brewed beers on-site, delicious main courses and decadent desserts. We started with samplers of beers, from dark to those with fruit notes. Then a chicken sandwich and a burger. Mounds of the best fries I've had in a while. Next time we will split a sandwich. For dessert we had a chocolate stout and peanut butter cake. That is a small dessert, but more than enough to share. Service is great. They will have outdoor seating that is dog friendly, soon. We will be returning!

Went back and had the cauliflower salad with steak. I have to say that this was a delicious dish. Tasted very fresh. Thanks GOW!

Good variety of beer, good food and a nice environment. Large patio area and garage doors that open up for a nice integrated environment on sunny days. Would definitely go back again.

I could really like this place. Cool building. Indoor/Outdoor seating. The food is good. (Boring, but good.) I just wish that I liked their beer. Over two visits I've tried three beers and liked none. EGA, nothing like the description. Papermaker, just bad, with a hint of ashtray. (We returned it.) And today I tried the Lulu with its strong taste of dish soap. (I didn't finish it.) Three stars is because there is so much potential for this place to be great. Please fix your beer and you guys will get a loyal following. Not ready to recommend. Yet.
