Superb Customer Service and delivery!!  On Saturday I applied online for financing and phoned into the store and spoke with Chris.  He was extremely patient and thorough helping me!  He explained the process and different options I had.  I told him I had decided on the refrigerator and dishwasher I wanted (on clearance online) and he was able to handle all of the sale and paperwork over the phone.  With only 2 email correspondence, it was by far the easiest experience.  He even went so far as to apply a small discount on the the already discounted dishwasher to make sure we kept the total under the budget.  The dishwasher I had ordered was back ordered, but that didn't bother me because it was the fridge we needed right away.  By Tuesday the delivery men showed up, on time and to our surprise, had the dishwasher with them!!  I am extremely impressed by the Customer Service and pricing through this store and cannot wait to order our stove and microwave!!  Thank you again for making this such an easy process!!!!

I've unfortunately had a pretty bad experience with this company- I don't recommend buying your appliances here. I bought a stove, and had it delivered to my house (late, because they forgot to put the order in.) When it arrived, the handle was scratched and they needed to order a replacement, which would have been fine except that was two months ago and I still haven't received my handle. Every time I call they tell me they can't find the order, or they need to replace the order, or they don't have any way of knowing where it is or who to call, and they must be very busy because they never call me back. So you win, grand appliance, I've given up on my dreams of a shiny, new, unscratched handle for my fancy new stove I bought two months ago. Because even if it does magically show up at my door, by the time I could get someone there to come to my house and install it, I will need a new stove.

My wife and I worked with Dennis to select a full set of new appliances and he was amazing! He has a ton of product knowledge, and spent a lot of time walking my wife and I through our options. There was no pressure - we discussed what we were hoping for, he showed us a bunch of options, and then gave us time to think about it while being available for any questions we had. He was very honest, too, about the pros and cons of each choice. The selection at Grand was great, but really what made it a wonderful experience was working with someone who made the process enjoyable.

Grand appliance recommended a dishwasher for my house.  It was installed in 6/2017.  It has never really worked. You have to clean the dishes before running them through a cycle, or the dishwasher does not clean. It leaves everything soaking wet, no matter what cycle you use, and no matter how long you let it sit. I have had repair people out here several times.  They just keep telling me the problem is California Gov??  Excuse me?  My last dishwasher worked like a charm.  I call Grand, but get no response.  I call Veridian, who calls Grand, and I still get no response from them.  Not happy after spending tons of money!
