I love this Walmart my favorite!! They always have everything i need . Very clean and neat. Plenty of registers open you won’t wait for a register to open the people on the registers are fast and provide great customer service. It’s doesn’t get as packed as the Walmart on 20. Definitely recommend!!

I've been going to this walmart since it opened for its convenience but its been going down hill ever since. The cashiers are unprofessional, nasty and plain rude. The customer services is awful the girls do nothing but stand around and will do the bare minimum. The managers don't do much to help. One of the cashiers actually tried to egg on a fight between me and an old woman over some insignificant garbage. Also another big issue is their lack of stock on the shelves or any kind of help finding items. The store is attracting people with the same attitude and demeanor of its employees and customers alike. Its just become a very uneasy and hostile environment. I will not be returning to this location.

Needs more employees for online pick-up! Takes most of the convenience out of online ordering when you have to wait 2-3 days for a time slot and 30 min to get your order! Its much quicker and easier to go to Cedar Hill. Waited forever for this store to even begin the online ordering and they have failed at it ever since they started! Extremely unorganized and ridiculously slow, so I still end up going back to Cedar Hill because they know how to do online ordering and even with the drive I get home with my whole order about 2 days sooner!

Several of my neighbors were discussing the lack of stocked shelves in our new Hwy 161 store, in GP. All agree we won't be going back to this store. Seems employees like to stand around and talk, rather than work. I've tried the pickup service, which I love, but the items I want are not available. Please get this store where it needs to be!

I'm so glad they opened this store. If you don't want to pay tolls you'll have to take the back way to get to it but it's super clean. It's in the better part of Grand Prairie so that's a super plus.
