I was very surprised at the attitude of the customer service rep throughout my experience of upgrading my phone. Her overall attitude changed when my husband decided he did not want to upgrade his phone, despite that I was still going to upgrade mine. When I let her know that I wanted to put the glass screen protector on my new phone myself when I got home, she seemed to take it personally, and made a snide comment under her breath, "I put them on all the time." I wanted to do more research on the product before committing to opening it and voiding the opportunity to return it since they only had one choice available in a brand I'd never seen. When they didn't have the otterbox defender case that I wanted, she really tried pushing a different phone case on me, stating that my phone "WILL break WHEN I drop it on concrete," in the same off-putting attitude that she expressed when I wanted to put my own screen on. She also asked for my credit card and said that I owed a $150 damage fee to turn in my old leased phone (for a slight crack on the screen). Since I did my research before going into the store, I let her know that I saw online that the Fair Market Value of my phone was only $101 and that I would prefer to buy my leased phone (for $101) instead of turning it in and paying $150. She went silent and clicked around on the screen for about a minute. Then she looked up and said, "Ok, we can do that." Sprint should mandate a policy to provide customers with the option to buyout their phones at Fair Market Value, when they are turning them in. This saved me $50 doing so, and I just think of all the people they could be taking advantage of by not offering this option when leased phone terms end. I could write much, much more, but I'd rather be done thinking about this poor experience. Though we have been loyal Sprint customers for years, my husband and I decided we will be changing our service providers for our next upgrade, as it was a first for us to receive such poor service from a cell phone "customer service" rep. The reason we did not cancel on the spot is that I am a VERY polite customer, and tried to make the uncomfortable situation more tolerable by maintaining my composure and smile. However, upon reflection, it is not my job to be accommodating to the rude attitude of an employee when I am the customer. Sprint is clearly doing something wrong.

Had my mother go into the store to order the iphone x for me while i was at work , The ladies in the store didnt even care to mention that the x comes in two different sizes for gigabytes so they went ahead and just ordered the smaller one on their own personal decision . (Didnt ask my mother or myself ) they had just done it on their own terms . If the phone was a extra $500 dollars for triple the gigs i would not have even bothered but in this case its only a extra 150 for 3x the storage which is the way to go ! So just warning everybody that these people will not have your back and will merely even explain the 1000 dollar cell phone your about to purchase . If someone is spending that kind of money on a new phone as well as a contract they should be doing their job and explaining to you in full detail what the contract includes as well as your cell phones options ( such as the gigabytes) instead they would rather take shortcuts to get you in and out of the store faster as well as make their job easier . After this contract is out I will be switching providers , I cant stand spending this kind of money on a contract as well as the most expensive phone you guys sell and get low grade customer service.

Reps are friendly and don't try to just sell everyone on phones/accessories, they really get to know you and will suggest based on your needs without being pushy. Knowledgeable about current offers and plans and answered every question my boyfriend and I had.

What can I say, Brandi went above and beyond helping me with my activation and set up with my new phone and transferring my contacts and pictures to my new phone. She also helped me load the apps that I had lost due to the LG update affecting me as well as lot of people. She didn't have to do as much as she did to assist me, as to some customer srvce agents would have just told me to do it at home. Thanks for all your hard efforts Brandi you have restored my faith with Sprint, they are lucky to have you on their team.

Do yourself a favor and order direct if you still want to do business with Sprint! Employees are young and only care about signing you up. I went in to make a switch from Verizon and changed my mind less than 24hrs later. Was told they couldn't shut down the request even though the phones I ordered hadn't shipped out yet? I also coudn't get a refund of the $66 I paid in upfront sales taxes for 1 of the phones until it arrived at the store. I then had to wait for a return kit to arrive at the store and then I had to wait for it to arrive back at the warehouse???? Even once this happened I was told it would take another 3-5 business days to get my refund. Here I am 1 month later still fighting with Sprint to get the $$$ back. Store claims they can't refund the $$ per the phone isn't actual inventory of theirs?? Funny how they can take money on it upfront before it ever ships? I was also told by the rep who signed me up that the account would close and nothing would happen. But what did happen is that about 3 weeks into this process, my current Verizon phone number mysteriously got ported over to Sprint and I no longer had a working cell phone!!! I been back and fourth to the store and made numberous calls to Sprint all to no avail. I"m told that I have an "Open Case" and it's being looking into. You get what you pay for people cheaper service isn't always better. Especially if when you call service you get routed to India or Costa Rica. Yes this happened to me as well multiple times!!!
