I gave it 1 star because they won't take my coupon at the cashier. They said I supposed to show it in the beginning. Then they said there are signs up there. I went outside, I couldn't see the sign. Asked the guy, he tried showing me 3 times before I could spot the "fine" prints. I said then the first guy should've asked if you have a coupon. The first guy said he doesn't have the time to ask that. "DO YOU HAVE A COUPON?" Would've taken 2 seconds to make the customer aware. I said I won't be coming back, he said fine. I explain to the guys at the cashier, they said it's fine that I won't be back. So much goes for their service and attitude. Besides, the vacuuming job was terrible and the exterior still got obvious stains. And their restroom is disgusting and got strong urine odor. I had to hold my pee all that time until I left and found another restroom. The owner must be real proud of his company.

I have been going here for a long time and brought my mom sisters and brother in law. I got my car wash and low and behold I had my $120 dollar BIG bottle of cologne! I immidietly notified them to which they said their manager wasn't working and they would have him reach out. Waited a while and he finally did after several check ups to which he said the cameras don't show anything so they don't have to do anything...but he said since he notices my car there and he knows I've been coming he will go ahead and replace it just give him some time ...i have been waiting for months and called in several times and keep getting the same response ...overall very disappointed with the service and have taken my business elsewhere.

More often than not my car is not dried all the way. Many times I have paid for the luxury wash and gotten my car back with tar or dirt still easily seen. Not a lot of attention paid to the details when drying cars here. It's a fairly quick stop however and it isn't me washing and drying, which is why I take it here.

Happen to stop by and give them a chance. Picked the diamond wash simply due to being around 20 bucks. Well it was far being "diamond", the first thing I see is my interior is still dusty in the tighter spots. Wasn't a deal breaker but as the day went on I noticed more and more problems. There were water stains outside and inside of the car.The interior smelled like chemical cleaner to me but my friends said it smelled fine. I didn't even know my car was done for 10-15 minutes. That does fall on me a bit but there was no actual indication that the car was ready.

Took my car to get cleaned thoroughly again at here. Always pleased with their service. I never met any problem with this shop and it is always full of cars getting serviced every time I go. I guess most customers just don't bother posting praises like they do with critics.
