Although I received an e-mail indicating my battery was ready for pick-up, the clerk said I should have waited for a phone call.  I presented my old battery for refund of the core charge, per e-mail, and clerk did not know how to credit my account and spent several minutes trying to contact other stores as he was alone to find out how to credit my account.  He asked if I could come back the next day which would have meant considerable travel distance/time.  Bottom line is the store needed additional, qualified staff.

ordered battery on line on Friday and could not pick it up till Tuesday.   Read on line about recycling only to find out it is a $1.86 per pound charge to do the right thing not happy with that but it was the right battery.
