Store was clean. Lighting is dim. Making product less appealing overall. Fish selection is minimal. I feel bad for the employees, trying to maintain fish quality and appealing tanks within corporation standards. The cat adoption center is in the back and largely unnoticed. The employees are friendly and helpful. Not sure about employee knowledge regarding their animals. Their selection for large dog items is poor.

Better communication can help. Tried calling about availability of an animal. Transferred multiple times, on hold for more than 10 minutes. Is it that hard to say yes or no? And why would you transfer me to the grooming salon if I ask if you have any fancy ball pythons in your store??

I always am able to find what i am looking for at petsmart, only occasionally is it hard to find someone to help you, or doesn't know an answer to something. Prices are a bit high, but reasonable for other items. You can save a lot using a pet perks card, however, if you do not have one a lot of the 'sale' prices will not be put into affect on your order, and you end up paying an arm and a leg for a lot of their merchandise.

Got an incredible deal on a 75 gallon tank and stand. Tony gave us valuable honest advice on freshwater vs saltwater systems and described the different kinds of fish, their compatibility and eventual size. He really knows what he's talking about. Thanks so much for helping us load it in the car.

Very friendly. Adopted a snake and they were not afraid to take it out. The snake was also very healthy. Would go there again.
