Always amazing. We just happen to get the same server anytime we go. The last time we didn’t because he was helping out in the kitchen. So we got another young lady. She didn’t seem like she was thrilled to be there or maybe it was just our table she felt that way about. I’m a server myself and very attentive which she wasn’t. I also work with a lot of people who act just like her. They judge tables. When actually we are great tippers. We had to ask for bread, our food came out super late. Then we always order the apple pie desert. She never once asked us if we wanted to order any either. We know it takes about 20-30 minutes which is why we had been waiting on her. When she did finally come by she was a little nasty about it. I’m guessing she was hoping we were done. Any other time we have no complaints.

The views of Michigan Avenue from the dining room are amazing. Its especially beautiful at night when the holiday lights are lit up. The food is also good, being your standard premium hotel eatery; Very delicious (especially the house-made pasta!) but also a bit pricey. On the whole, this is a great place to bring a date or to treat someone special.

What can I say! An extensive menu, great food and service. It's a nice atmosphere.  As you can imagine being down town there is going to be a wait. But it is so worth it!. Have a box of the Chocolate Chip cookies to take home.

Stopped here for a nice lunch.  The other reviews are pretty accurate...you do get good sized portions for the money.  I have nothing but good things to say about the taste of food, service, and setting.  It was packed on a weekday afternoon but we still got in relatively quickly for lunch.  If you are lucky enough to get a spot against the window overlooking Michigan it would be a fun bonus.  I'd go back.

I was here yesterday for my second time it was the worst experience ever although my first time was very great. First off our waiter took forever to get to our table and then our cups was dirty me and my friend, he seem to have a attitude about us complaining about it. Second when I got my food it was cold so that really made me upset so the waiter took my plate and then it was better this time. Overall the food tasted very well it’s just the guess service was not good at all. Hopefully I find my recipet so I can speak to the manager about everything! My name is Desmond ! I hope I talk to the boss because me and my friend love this place I just want better service next time
