My experiences at this location have been wonderful. I tend to come here a lot because it's close to where I live + work and the staff here never, ever disappoint. The lines get super long because it's connected to a hotel (especially in the summer) but I have never, ever seen the staff be anything but courteous, charming and willing to go the extra mile-- even when customers are HORRIBLE (and there have been many...). So yes, is it standard Starbucks fare? Sure. But it's always fresh and they always ask if they can warm something up,  etcetera. And the clean, inviting atmosphere and awesome staff always make my day : ) Thank you!

The Starbucks is so popular because of its location. However the attitude of the barista’s here is so weird. The bathrooms are way far from Starbucks there behind Michael Jordan steakhouse.
I think the location is what makes the Starbucks. From inside it’s spacious and has a lot of seats but they’re always overused, not fully clean, but can you blame them! It’s one of the busiest spots for tourists.
My favorite Starbucks is the one Located in the Gold Coast on Rush Street. That’s one of my favorite Starbucks is in the United States. If you’re able to walk there check it out.

This was just a quick Wi-Fi and coffee stop really. We had to find a friend so it is extremely handy that they offer the free WiFi. The coffee was the same as always and can't complain there. Staff were also friendly and seats were comfy

Slow. Inattentive today. They don't listen. What's more, they don't seem to care much. Drink was wrong. Girl sets it down & walks away while I'm trying to get her attention. They fixed it, finally. Eh...

Usually there is a long line due to the location. It has plenty of space around to study or work. WiFi is only for 30 minutes but you can renew it.
