Good park if out for the day. I flew my drone here with no problems. Clean and tidy. It's in town so there's no seedy element like some parks outside city limits. Bathrooms are closed and locked a lot but they do have a spot for rentals and alcohol permits. Good place to walk and feed the local children.

Waverly Park.  
 See the ducks, find some rocks. 
 Do not feed the ducks bread please. 
It's bad for them. 
instead please bring seeds, fruit   think healthy.  If it's not good for you, it's not good for the ducks.

Good walking trails with benches scattered throughout.  Big flocks of ducks & geese add to the picturesque quality of this small but very nice neighborhood park. Basketball courts & covered picnic area.

They will likely tow your car out of parking lot at rainy sunset by the river where the ducks are at.. 
we thought we could stay a little late to observations on ducks but instead we left the park to drop them a review and a best picture of the park...

Nice quit place to walk with plenty of benches to sit on if needed place for children to play and a full size basketball court .
