Don't know what the neg is. Front desk manager very hospitable......got a small room for 1 for under $40. My room was outdated but in a cool kinda way. Bathroom clean...great shower...comfortable bed. Super great free WIFI.....nice TV with lots of channels. Plenty of room for big truck parking.walking distance to cool new restaurant. Next time here I will be back.Great night sleep....very peaceful.

Nothing fancy by no means. Its a roof and a bed for cheap

I've stayed here mangy times in the past. It'll get you by, but not cheap.
