I was very impressed with this property. The rooms are a lot wider than what's found in most hotels, making for a spacious room that gives you and your family plenty of space. The beds were comfortable. The tv was good sized. The sink and counter were outside the actual bathroom and again, provides for a lot of room to ready one's self. The hotel seemed quiet from inside our room and also the draperies kept the light out so we could sleep in until we needed.

Immediately rebooked after my first night. Been to 3 different hotels in Williston this is the best one yet. Don’t worry about people complaining about worn out rooms they’ve all been redone.

Nice hotel, with rooms that look recently updated. Staff was pretty friendly but even with a mostly empty hotel they wouldnt upgrade me, as a platinum member, to a suite until persistently ask them. At pretty much every other holiday inn I stay at they'll upgrade me before i check in and i dont even have to ask.
 Also this hotel doesn't offer any bottled water for members at check in, its just these small things that usually makes holiday inn a easy choice in other cities.
 Typically holiday inn breakfast, which i enjoy. Rooms were clean and was able to get some great rest without hearing any noise from other rooms or the hallway.

Fed up. Walked across the parking lot and got a room at the Candlewood Suites. Holiday Inn Express again...like 8-9 months ago had WIFI problems where I couldn't even send an email. Tried for 4 hours this afternoon to reconnect, reboot, ctrl alt del etc with no luck. 5 minutes at Candlewood and I have my emails sent.

Horrible service!!! Stay far away!
LESS than 1 STAR!

 I called this hotel to book a room with the ND gov state rate of $83.70 as a state employee. I was told that they offer a different state rate of $94. The supervisor I was speaking to barely let me get the words out of my mouth before she starting being rude and making comments about how she has to deal with this question often. It made me feel like my business is not welcome here. I will not be staying at this hotel and would highly caution anyone else who is thinking about staying here. If the customer service from the lady supervisor is this bad over the phone because of a simple question then what will the service at the hotel be like if I were to book with them. COUNT ME OUT!!!
