Story

The Grand Williston Hotel & Conference Center, everything is in place to keep our guests comfortable and productive while visiting the Northwest North Dakota. The hotel features 147 comfortable guest sleeping rooms with suites and handicap accessible rooms, our famous Hangar Grill and Lounge, Indoor swimming pool with amusement style slide and whirlpool, free wireless high speed internet access, free airport pickup at the Williston Sloulin Field International (ISN) airport and modern business area.

The hotel was easy to find. When we got there, there was a smell in the hallway that reminded me of cigarettes. In the room, the beds appeared clean and were quite comfortable. However, the bathtub seemed gross. I'm not sure if it was dirty or just stained yellow. There was also no way provided to block the drain to take a bath. The pool was relatively nice. I particularly liked the small kiddie pool area because I have young children. However, the hot tubs were empty and there were a couple of pool parties of children in the pool at the time who were being naughty and rowdy without ever being addressed by hospital staff.

The pool is very nice. The water slide was an unexpected surprise. Parking was ample and easily accessed from the highway. There was several good restaurants within walking distance.

Don't drink anymore but go out on Thursday for dinner.  Nachos and the quesadilla are pretty good. Bartenders are pretty nice girls.

Customer service was extremely rude (all 3 women that we dealt with) along with the weekend breakfast waitress. She yelled accross the restaurant to ask what we wanted to drink and told us to “hurry and pick a table”. When we asked for new bedding, half way through our 6 night stay, they asked us how many days we’ve already been there and told us to get out while they were in our room. Hot tubs have been broken for a while and nobody informed us before we checked in or when we even called. We asked about getting the weekly rate of $350 that was advertised and we would add another night if we needed and the lady at the customer service desk told us it was our own fault for not asking about it previously and booking with them. We will NOT be coming back here anymore and we usually are in Williston every other month for a week or sometimes every month.

Live it here! Bar and grill , breakfast included too. Rooms need updated. Other than that the place is perfect
