Tried to return some items from Christmas a couple of times. Had to come back with a receipt which I understand.  The first time took 25 minutes to return two items. The next week I came in with a jacket to return and the receipt. Waited for another 15 minutes. Then I was greeted by a man named Leo, who I am assuming is the manager. Leo was extremely rude, condescending and obviously didn't know what he was doing as he fumbled around for 15 minutes trying to decide whether or not I could return the jacket. To make up for his lack of the ability to simply return one item, his responses to my questions were belittling and his tone of voice was heightened. After all of that, I was told I could only return the jacket if I had the card that was used. I didn't have it as the jacket was a gift, so I asked if  I could have store credit. Nope, no can do. Can't do it if it's over $25. That would have been nice  I know the first time I tried to return it. I would be more understanding of the return policies if the interaction wasn't so horrifying. I've never been yelled at by someone in customer service. A smile and a good attitude goes a long way. 
It is a shame that the grange has chosen someone like this to be in management. I will not be back.

I thought this store was going to be great. I have spent several Thousands of dollars in here since they opened.  My children wore their costumes and stood on Street Corners advertising for them.  My oldest daughter was hired by them prior to the store opening AND WAS PROMOTED 3 TIMES within 6 months or so.  She created and put together a HUGE EVENT last Sunday called Farmers Wives Night which brought in close to $60k in 2.5 hours.  She has made this company a ton of money all to get terminated the day after this event by two managers that flat out did not like her.  I will never shop here again as this is not how Management should act along with other friends who have had horrible treatment time and time again, but still shopped there because of my daughter assuring them that treatment wouldn't happen again.

Unfortunately Grange Co-Op has made a  catastrophic decision to let go an Employee that probably Single-handedly has made this company what it is here in Yuba City Ca! You obviously have a lot to learn! We are a small community that stick together and after your Decision to let Lacy Kehoe go will instantly take an effect on your company. And after the service my son received after buying a $1000 safe that was supposed to be a new one not a floor model, we also have made our last purchase with you! And yes we purchased thousands of dollars with your company because of Lacy. Also you have some of the worst management I have ever seen and that is saying something! Personality conflicts should not determine if someone gets fired! Maybe in Oregon that works but it will not be stood for here in our town!

Everytime I go in here there is terrible customer service, I was yelled at and refused service in front of other customers because my $20 bill did not look ‘new’! Extremely disappointed, and they say they are going to fix it but they never do! Highly recommend SOS instead.
