Horrible customer service. I ordered an item online. A few days later, I received an e-mail from the manufacture stating the item was unavailable. I never received an e-mail or phone call from anyone at Lowe's informing me the item was unavailable. The manufacture told me in the e-mail to go to Lowe's to get my refund. I tried online, but was told to go into the store. I went to the local Lowe's for my refund. The customer service lady could not figure it out. She called her floor supervisor, who told me to call the 1800 line to have them assist me. I asked to speak to the Store Manager...Shaun spoke to me. Basically, told me the same thing. I need to call the 1800 line and have them assist me. First of all, I was a customer of Lowe's. I don't understand why I could not get my money back. I am out the time I waited to get a product that Lowe's can not provide. Now, I am running into a hassle getting my $23 back. By the way, I called the 1800 line. The lady I spoke to was extremely surprised the store employees could not handle the refund in the store. They need a new Store Manager and employee training. I'll never go there again....too bad.

I'm a contractor so I have to go here all the time, the store is clean and well laid out. I feel that they are under staffed most of the time, making the employees that are there feel overloaded. If you can find one tho ask a question they mostly avoid eye contact hoping you won't see them. The plumbing department person is very helpful when he is there. They promote their "indoor lumber yard" but are out of the basics often. The pro service desk people just seem to want to stay in their hole and not help at all, when you can pry them up to the counter they are rude and short with you make you feel as if you are a burden. One the upside they always keep plenty of lumber carts in the store for handy use. Overall they get the job done, but I wouldn't call it a feel good experience.

The customer service sucks.. I had a item that was supposed to arrive at the store by a certain date. The item was late. I called customer service and the young woman tried to make me call the shipper to figure out why my item was not at their store. I'm still waiting for my item.

Service was great and the vendors were very helpful. Especially Altman Plants succulent and the hydrangea vendors. Love Shopping at your garden area. Sincerely, Rose Healy

Jill and mary ann are the best!! I was going to the bathroom and a lady had split paint on herself and they made sure to help the best way they knew how to! Gave her a shirt and everything! Way to go ladies!!
