Very excited that they had a chair for handicapped customers and their coupons make their products an excellent deal. They did not have what I wanted but they had something comparable and helped me get the craft finished on time. Also customer service was amazing with all of the coupons she helped me use I got a half off everything.

I used to love JoAnn's, but the girl I had to ask for assistance from was so rude... She would not leave where she was to help me (even though another girl was there also) and was no help with my questions about measuring fabric. The aisles are so narrow, you can barely fit a basket down them and the store layout makes no sense.

I'm an avid quilter and they this is my go to place for fabric because of all the deals your get with the app. This place has a good selection of fabric however, the one in Roseville had a lot more. The staff is very friendly and always happy to help.

Nice and big new Jo-Ann's is great better selection than anywhere in Yuba City I highly recommend it.

I needed a lot of help and a very nice young girl took time to try and halpe out. We did not find it but she tried very hard, even getting another person to help. Thanks so much. Custoer service is disappearing and this store still has it. Shop here.
