Grass Valley Lodge just completed a major remodel and is now available! This 3 bedroom / 2 bath classic lodge is located on a quiet cul-de-sac street and is a three minute walk to Grass Valley Park adjacent to the Lake Arrowhead Country Club golf course. Grass Valley Park offers private lake fishing, grass areas for lounging, restrooms, kids' play area, picnic benches and BBQ's. The lodge is an easy drive to shopping and restaurants in Lake Arrowhead Village and Blue Jay Village.

MAIN LEVEL: Floor plan with family room, dining area and kitchen all open to each other. The knotty cedar wood ceiling and walls surround a window-wall view of the trees and mountains. A traditional wood burning fireplace and 100 year old rustic Wisconsin barn wood mantle. 55" flat screen TV with 5-speaker surround sound (wireless and Bluetooth connections), DirectTV premium channels, Blu-ray DVD and internet streaming with AppleTV. Secure, wireless, high-speed internet provided. Large sectional sofa with chaise lounge. Large, open kitchen with granite counter tops, slate backsplash and all-new stainless steel appliances. Frigidaire Professional series gas oven/stove with warming drawer; great for those who love to cook. Side-by-side refrigerator with in-door water and crushed ice dispenser. Breakfast bar with granite counter top. Built-in USB charging outlets in kitchen. Bathroom with granite counter top, slate floor and custom shower.

UPPER LEVEL: Large master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, California king bed, large closet and a 42" flat screen TV with Google Chromecast internet streaming. Bluetooth alarm clock with USB outlet. Two ThermaGel memory foam bean bags for watching TV, reading or just relaxing. Guest room 1 has two twin size bunk beds with ThermaGel memory foam mattresses. Total of 4 twin beds. Built-in 42" flat screen TV in guest room 1. Guest room 2 has a bunk bed with a queen bed on bottom and a full XL ThermaGel memory foam mattress bed on top. Bluetooth alarm clock with USB outlet. All bunk beds have built-in reading lights. Full bathroom with granite counter top and tumbled travertine floor. Full-size stacked washer/dryer on upper level. Custom lighting on dimmer switches throughout.

OUTSIDE: Plenty of outdoor living space on two decks with seating areas and great views of the trees and mountain peaks. The deck off the dining room has a natural gas, stainless steel BBQ. The large, lighted deck off the main entry is great for relaxing with family and friends. Stairs lead to a third secluded seating area and a hammock tucked in under the trees.

Grass Valley Lodge has central heat with a state-of-the-art Nest thermostat and a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. All rooms are well-lit with custom lighting throughout.

This property includes a Arrowhead Lake Association beach club pass that gives you access to the 2 private beach clubs, Grass Valley Park and the ALA hiking trails that surround Lake Arrowhead. It also gives you the ability to fish Lake Arrowhead and Grass Valley Lake as our guest.
