I had a great haircut by Codi I believe her name was. She saw a Pinterest picture that I wanted and cut it exactly like I wanted. I was attended to in a timely manner and everyone was kind. I got a great cut for a great price.

I was overall disappointing with my last experience here. I was first told that it would take about 10 minutes for me to get my hair cut. Many people came in after me and left before it was my turn to go (Some with and without an appointment). About 35 minutes went by before I went up to the front desk to ask what was going on. They were startled at first, then told me I was next. I assumed that they had made a mistake and said this to cover up for it. It was a little under 40 minutes before I got my hair cut. There was very little time or attention put towards my hair (the whole thing maybe took 5 minutes). To be fair to my barber, I asked for a very basic cut. I strongly assumed that when all was said and done, I would at least get a discount for my 40 minute wait (if not get the whole service free). This was not the case. I still paid for the transaction in full and even tipped, seeing as my personal barber was not to blame for the situation. Again, it was not the best barber experience.

(Maybe good for the majority but not for some.) Felt a little ignored until 5 minutes later when another woman finally took notice of me and my son. (This is after two workers checked out there customers and one who had obviously seen us come in.) A simple "have you been helped?" would have shown good customer service. I don't think I would recommend this GC to my family and friends because I wasn't treated with "importance" or like a person who was going to pay $ for service. The stylist we were assigned was better after I showed that I meant business.
