I took my 17 year old sister in for a trim of her very long hair. She told her hairstylist she would like 1/2 to 1 inch off the length. She was also hoping to have her hair flat ironed after the cut. When we asked, the hair dresser said it would be an extra $30 to flat iron it (as that was considered a "Style for long hair"), so we decided against it. So the hair dresser sat my sister down in the chair and asked, "This much?" while indicating 4-5 inches off the ends of her hair, and my sister clearly and promptly replied "No! Just an inch." The hair dresser then proceeded to chop off 5 inches of my sister's hair. She was in tears. It had taken her a year and a half to grow her hair out as long as it was. The hair dresser then called me over to verify she had cut it evenly (which was strange) and told us we could go home and straighten it together as a sisterly bonding exercise. I was astonished by the lack of consideration in the whole situation and would have stayed to talk to the manager but my poor sister was so embarrassed by the whole situation that I just paid so we could leave. it is highly unlikely that we or any of our family (the boys of which have been known to frequent Great Clips) will come back to this location.

Well that was extremely disappointing. Came in on Veterans day for a free hair trim. After the 5 minute hair cut I showed my military card and they told me the deal was for active military only. And since I'm a spouse they took off $4. I talked to the receptionist up front before my cut, and I wish someone would have told me it didn't apply to me... I just wouldn't have gotten a hair cut.

Always does a great job. Never have complaints, been going here for several years now, every other month. Once I had a cut prior to a job interview, and they remembered 2 months later when I went in for my next cut. Another time I went in for a cut prior to a family funeral, and they discounted it. That was exceptionally kind and appreciated! Very convenient location. I love their "online" call-ahead system.

Consistently amazing service!! I tried a different location, and they did a chop shop job. After that, I immediately went to this location, & let them know what happened. Michelle did a killer job, and was a really enjoyable gal. They're lucky to have her there. I've had a haircut from just about all of the hair stylists at this location; never had any problems. Dan's my usual go-to guy, but Michelle was consistent with his quality. She did me right, I'll ALWAYS come back here!!!
