I'm so grateful for having a Dr that is so amazing and calms my anxiety.  If you need a dermatologist...go see Dr. Bob.  He is a God send!  If you need a professional, and simply amazing dermatologist....go see Dr. Bob here.  I promise you will not regret it.
I have history of skin cancer and my anxiety about my skin is truly not healthy.  He's so great with me.  A truly caring Dr.  And the staff is amazing!

I’ve been to this office to see Dr Robert Marinaro twice. Both times they saw me on short notice. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The office is very clean and well presented. Everyone was professional. Dr Bob was fantastic! Recently I went in due to a non-emergency superficial burn, and he immediately eased my fears by letting me know I’d be ok,,, then he went into detail on treatment etc. Honestly, great service. 5 stars.

Though I think the doctor's and PA's are quality, my problem is with their billing department, which clearly struggles with the term, "customer service".  I called to reschedule within 24 hours of my appointment for only the second time in 5+ years, and they were going to charge me a $50 "no show" fee, saying that they waived it once already.  Monica, the billing Manager, was unwilling to work with me despite possibly losing my loyalty, not to mention I referenced my Fiance to become a patient here (her daughter) about a year ago as well  Now, because of the poor service I am going to find another doctor to go to and my Fiance is leaving their practice as well.  Just really terrible service from their billing department, really should consider finding someone else because she made the rest of the practice look awful.

Staff was professional, prompt, listened to my questions, answered with complete, knowledgeable responses. I was given complete understandable information on the treatments performed on my skin spots and the aftercare that needed to be applied. There was a real sense of teamwork and calm assurance from the surgical team that worked on me. The procedures were relatively pain free and I was told about the the after affects of this type of surgery. I hoping and praying the results from the lab test will go as well as my experience in the office. (Less than an hour in and out).

Being a health care professional myself, I know that no matter how big of a practice you are the biggest sense of success comes when you see that you made a difference in someone's life. No matter how profitable that procedure was or not. It makes all the hard work worth while.  I would just say at least in my son's case she did make that difference and I will thank the doctor and the staff for taking care of my son and making it better.
