They have a stylist here who has no idea what she is doing. JONA was suppose to do my hair and it all went down hill. She had no idea how to turn on the portable dryer. When it came to cutting my hair, I asked her to trim my layers and she had to ask another stylist to come cut the layers for her. After the other stylist cut my layers, Jona then proceeded to attempt to cut 2 inches off my hair. After that, she ran her fingers through my hair and said " let me get someone else to check the length, I'm really bad at telling if everything is the same length".  This gave me ZERO confidence in her doing my hair. The manager Bailey then had to come check and finish cutting my hair for Jona.   I will not return to this salon. They should NOT be putting inexperienced "stylists" on the floor to cut people's hair when they have no idea what they are doing.           I gave a one star because bailey made it right by compensating me for the haircut.

I took my four kids in for cuts here. Two of them looked great! The other two not so much. Both of my daughters had long hair but wanted it shorter. Both were all chopped and had uneven long pieces all throughout their hair. But now that its short and messed up I'm not to sure how to fix it. We for sure won't be going back!

I was skeptic coming in but I’m so happy I did! I was in town visiting a friend and we both decided to get new hair styles and decide to come here. I have a normal person I see so I was so scared but figured it’s only hair and worst case I have my lady fix it when I got home. Taylor did such a great job!! She listened to me and even wasn’t afraid to tell me what I wanted wouldn’t work with my hair and helped me figure something out.

Walked in first thing in the morning. They asked if I checked in online. I said no. They said it would be a little longer than normal. I said no problem. I waited. People kept coming in, and I kept getting skipped. I will never go back to this location. I have checked in online before, but I don’t expect to be pushed in front of a guy that’s been waiting for 30 min.

Great place to get a cut, they got me in fast because I used the app. My hairdresser was friendly, talkative and my haircut was good! I will definitely go back!
