I love Barbi.  I started going to her when I moved from Ft. Lauderdale in 2004 and was worried about finding someone good to do my color.  I get compliments on my hair all the time, particularly the color.  Paul Mitchell color leaves my hair surprisingly soft as well.  I have "cheated" on Barbi a few times over the years, but I always come back.  I brought a friend with long wavy hair to Barbi, and she loved her, too!

I went to Barbi (owner) a couple of times more than I should. She was highly recommended and a friend of a friend so I kept giving her more chances. I was never really satisfied with the service I got for the price ( $50-$75 for a cut!) but finally switched when she totally screwed up my hair. I have pretty easy hair to work with but the last time I went to Barbi she cut the sides totally uneven. I called and asked to be seen the next day and the man who scheduled me acted as if I was really off base for asking her to fix my hair. When I got there I waited 45 min and when she did see me she told me she didn’t cut my hair unevenly but that I parted it wrong. She then proceeded to even up MY mistake but didn’t even wet my hair, just came at me with scissors. She seemed angry and distracted and I will NEVER go back.
