This place is not the place to go if you're looking for a trim up, guys. $14+tip for 10 minutes? No thanks! Consider offering men a trim for less, you might get more business.

First time ive ever walked out half way of a haircut. Been growing it out for almost a year now, and the older African American stylist didnt listed to a WORD about what i was trying to do. Livid. Response to owner: The mistakes that were made by your employees cannot be fixed. I was just glad i was able to make it out of your store without a scene, even though i was so angry i started to shake.

Unfortunately, I've had my hair destroyed one to many times here and now avoid this place like the plague. This last time i went i called first to check how busy they were and was assured by the woman (thick accent) that i could come in and they would get me right in. I show up and there's 5 people in front of me.. Annoying

Danielle is Awesome ! I had a hard time getting a good cut here in the Valley. Danielle is the Pro I was looking for. (So, glad I work nearby) I highly recommend her and Scottsdale Crossing Great Clips.
