Horribly Rude! I was amazed out how rude of staff that greeted me at the Plano, TX Great Clips. I have been a patron on Great Clips for several years, and just moved to this area in Plano. This was my first experience with this particular location.  A rude blonde stylist named Christina greeted me and my family with exceptional disrespect. It was near closing time and it was apparent she did not want to be there. My kids were excited to get their hair cut, so we had myself, my wife and my three children who asked to get  haircuts. The first rude thing she did was make it apparent with her face she was not excited to see us. Then I had a $9.99 haircut gift card that I had loaded with about $100 several months ago and had lost. I found it and asked if I could use it. She rudely responded with "I cant reload that" I told her I didn't need it reloaded that I had money on it. Then she replied with "I can't tell you your balance". Her attitude and disrespect lead me to believe that she would be as equally as bad of a stylist so I declined to get my hair cut. This is not what I have come to expect from Great Clips and as a manager would highly recommend disciplinary action.

They refused to let me use a valid coupon they sent to me in the mail. They said they "didn't know about it" even after I showed it to them. The haircut turned out terrible, too. I would not recommend this haircutting place to anyone, ever. The owner should be aware of the poor behavior of his/her staff at this location. They've lost my business forever.

Extremely rude and arrogant guy who gives hair cut there . He is in a customer facing job . But, Doesn't know how to treat his clients well . Not just that,  he gave such a bad haircut to my 8 year son . He almost made him bald.  On sharing our feedback with him. His response was very bad . Just no empathy but sheer arrogance.

I asked for a beard trim in addition to a standard haircut. This lady starts shaving off my sideburns so I quickly tell her to stop. She goes, "you should've been clearer about what you wanted."

Absolute joke.
