Wish I could give a ZERO. If you have an option, go somewhere else! I walked out of there so fast... Had stopped by at 3 on Sun 10/22 and encountered three lazy employees at the front desk. It was obvious that they were done for the day and were not interested in helping. They spent playing around with the check-in computer, clearly clue less as to how it worked. The receptionist had a major attitude. Well guess what, I will never set foot in this establishment. There are too many reputable places who WANT my business so that's where I will be spending my money folks.

Horrendous. She doesn't know how much an inch and a half is. She cut almost twice as much. First she cut off about 1/2 inch from the top and when I asked her for 1.5 she said all over again? As though she was in some rush to finish. Finished it in 2 mins after that. Very inaccurate measurements and length. Do not recommend at all.

1 rating 09/13/17 Dean R. Service Would not come back if it were not for Victoria, who does a nice job cutting. Railyn the receptionist has an attitude, needs training on customer service, communication and understanding that a business does not exist with customers willing to pay for a service.

2 out of 3 times to this branch was bad experience - tried different stylists here, nothing worked - Poor training, poor resource plan, they just rush and do a bad job. I don't recommend this place. I finally decided to drive 3 miles to try another business. My last bill #175641 My personal bad experiences with Stylists, who I don't recommend at all: Mirna and Diana / I forgot the last Stylist name

Always have a good experience here. My stylist is Parrish. She always does a nice clean fade and executes my hard part flawlessly. I will continue going back to her for my haircut.
