I don't know why the employees should be able to buy stuff when there is customers in line to check out, taking a long time making customers wait. They should  wait till close to closing time.

I went in tonight  (8-15-17 around 7:00.). After going to Woof dog store who greeted me immediately!!!   2 ladies were in the back opening boxes... I was NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED...   I got what I needed and went to the front..,no one ever came!!!    I then walked out and left the basket what I wanted to buy at the counter....even with the Door noise no one ever came up..,,   I guess I could have walked out with what I wanted to buy, but that is not who I am!!!   But your employees do not care if you are stolen blind...   someone at least should always be at the cash register...     it's like they had no idea I was there!!!   So sad!!!    I will go to another Sally's that has customer service!!

The manager on duty was rude and condescending when asked for her professional opinion.  For the record, the information / advice we were given turned out to be wrong. This was, i believe, due to the ignorance of the manager regarding the very product she is misrepresented as a professional in.

I would give a lower rating if I could. This place treated me terribly, with a rude and unprofessional manager. They didn't apply promotions even with a receipt and said if I had a problem, then to visit another place. Do not shop here!
