We always get a good cut, regardless of which person does our hair. The send out coupons about every 3-4 weeks which is when most styles need to be styled again.

I was already checked in online before I got to the place today. When I came in, I was asked if I had checked in and said yes. They asked my name and then saw I was on the top of the checked-in list. So, I figured I would not have to wait. But, I was made to anyways. Finally, when I was my turn to get the haircut, they remove my name off the list and said since I was a no show, I have to wait till everybody on the list gets done. What the Hell????? No show!??? I was standing right in front of her while I was waiting for at least 8 mins, even though I was on top of check-in list. I asked how long will have to wait now and she said she does not know. 

What a piss poor service!!!

Good stylists, decent price, consistent service (spoiler alert for those unfamiliar with the chain- they keep notes of your preferences on file so no matter which stylist you get, they pretty much know exactly how you want your hair done). This is a pretty good location if you have other things you need to do in the main shopping hub of Fay.  Suggestion: if you have the option, better earlier than later.  Much busier the later you wait.  The online check in can only​ help so much if the place is packed.  Another plus for some, active duty military discount.

Never ever ever go here!!! My daughter went in for a trim and came out with her hair uneven by inches. I had the lady try a second time to get it right but messed up again so I gave up before my daughter had no more hair left to cut. Terrible place
