So I used to go to Portia months ago for haircuts and she was fantastic. However I was an idiot and tried to save money going to other places. Moral of the story...you get what you pay for. A perfect on-point haircut is well worth the investment considering you wear it 24/7. I desperately needed a haircut today and Tyler was outstanding. He was super kind, did a fabulous job and was extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely not be going be going anywhere else but here until we PCS.

Fabulous makeup. So many options it's hard to choose. The staff is always so helpful 💋 But I wouldn't get another haircut here.

Absolutely love this place. Ulta is my go to store for cosmetics for sure. They have everything a person could need and the workers there are very helpful, they don't act like they are just trying to sell you stuff.

Have had poor experiences here with customer service 9/10 times. The only person I feel is kind or genuine in this store that I have encountered so far is Mrs. Laquita, the aesthetician. She is very sweet, educated, and well-spoken. She is always attentive and is wonderful at whatever service she provides. She is there because she loves her job and it shows.

I had no trouble with finding what I was looking for. There were several people that helped me find what I needed. Once I got to the register, the cashier PRISCILLA tried to argue with me about using my points?! She didn't even know how to do the exchange, so I had to wait until she figured it out. I spend almost $100 every visit and it pissed me off because you have to earn the points that you get. I had a credit of $3 so she felt that since I didn't owe money, that I didn't need to use my points. I had 310 points which meant that I COULD HAVE received $9 off of my transaction. I'm not sure why it bothered her so much that I wanted to use them even though it was MY money that I EARNED the points with. I'm really considering finding another Ulta.
