I have been going to this Great Clips in Washington for almost 10 yrs. now and have had wonderful ladies cut my hair very well. This morning Sydney cut my hair and I was extremely impressed! She and I got to talking, I found out she has only been cutting hair for 1 1/2 yrs. She very kind, friendly, and an excellent hair stylist. Next time I will call to make sure she is working so I can get another great haircut! 
I do have one slight issue with the music that is always played. If you could play music that suits the majority of the public, young and old that would be great. (Adele, Celine, Michael Jackson, Elvis, Phil Collins, Coldplay, more 60's & 70's music would be great also.) Every time I go in, there are elderly people and I am sure they would rather hear music they could understand.

Madison did a great job on my hair. I went to hair school and graduated and if anyone else is a fellow hair doer :) y'all know how hard it is to find someone to cut your hair without criticizing them the whole time. The cut was great and she did everything the way I asked for. My hair felt great after the shampoo and blow out. One thing I wish is that there would have been more tools like clips, straighteners etc. when I looked around at each station it seemed like there was nothing, and it was kind of a scramble to find stuff. Again my hair turned out great and the lack of equipment did not impact my cut and style just a little nit picky thing.

I took my husband and son here for hair cuts a few days ago. Cassidy W cut their hair, and not only did she do an amazing job, she was professional and incredibly sweet! I don't always find this level of service at Great Clips, but this was just great! I'll be coming to Cassidy next time!
