Been here for 6 months now looking for the 1 house that dazzles me. The weekly rates great at $249 and the staff is very helpful. They've bent over backwards for us on multiple occasions! Which I really do appreciate. I'll be here for a while longer, It's peaceful and very accommodating.

These people at this hotel mel and his wife are great people they treated by family like we was there own the room was nice had a full size fridge clean and anytime u would ask for anything they would have no problem helping with it we lived there 2 months and I am so happy we was able to meet these wonderful people we got our own place now but I tell u we really miss them all up there I highly recommend this place to anyone and the rate is very reasonable

Currently staying here and im reading all the reviews for the negative ones of course its not extravagant but its affordable and if your staying for a while like i am then you clean the room to your satisfaction and they provide the towels and sheets and toilet paper cleaning supplies...which is a plus because i been in places where all that os your own responsibility... Overall great and friendly staff great place

The workers could barely speak English and while they $244 /weekly rate isn't entirely too bad, they charge $80 a week for two dogs. At $324 per week you can go up the road either direction and find a better deal. Very rude staff.

Love the motel it's affordable it's safe the rooms are very very clean . Free wifi, cable TV, the owners and their assistant manager are wonderful !! I get clean beding every time nice and crisp white sheets !!! I loved the room right away it was so clean !! I don't know why people spoke so bad about this place ??? Their rates are great ..... Every thing is within walking distance love that as well...!! They have a smoker BBQ grill so you can BBQ if you want!!!! And for Mel he's the best he's very nice and so is he's wife!!!! The only reason I can think why people are saying bad things about the green key Beach motel is because it's a very clean place no drug dealers or street walkers !! I love that that means a lot to me... And like their sing says a home away from home and it's just that!! And everyone is so friendly and watches out for each other like a small community love it !! I definitely would tell people to go and check in over there!!!
