This is the worst place I have ever seen. I was there in room 102 September 16.2017. We are here from FEMA. The front desk checked us in to a room that had not been serviced yet (3:00 pm). I  was told room service would be around shortly. The fridge didn't work, the door had a space in it big enough that I stuck my finger under the door, the phone was broken, the bathroom floor tile was missing and had exposed wood, the cabinets were gone and replaced by plywood and was painted pink (Only halfway, the other half was raw wood), there looked to be human fecal matter on the bathroom floor between the wall and toilet. I go back to the front desk at 5 to ask about room service, again was told it would be there shortly. At 9:00 pm I go in and ask again and was told by the same person that I would now not be getting room service because they leave at 2:00 pm. So now the room is still dirty from the previous renters and they are expecting us to stay. I had my 2 year old daughter with us. I asked if I could just get clean sheets so we could at least try to get some sleep. About two hours later the sheets showed up. We changed them to find he Mattress COVERED IN BLOOD! They charge FEMA $92 a night for this room. We checked out immediately that morning. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. I didn't have my phone to take pics.

The A/C was mighty noisey. Room was clean and pleasant. Was a handicapped room. A little hard negotiating the parking spot as it was inclined. Very reasonably priced. The staff were all very pleasant. I'd surely stay there once again.

Needed a place to stay until we could return home due to hurricane displacement. I thank FEMA for the help,  but the beds we slept on looked like people were killed there. Stained and filthy beyond anything I ever seen in my life. Ants crawling everywhere. I definitely searched for bed begs thank God nothing was visible  to to my eye.  I am going to sleep in my with my kids the next 2 nights rather this place. That tells you how nasty. Drug dealers and dirty hookers this is a place for you! Sorry to the staff,  but up your standards and you will have better care taken of your rooms by guests and a place familys feel safe to stay.

Unprofessional and unkept hotel. Had no choice to stay 1 night during a hurricane and no vacancy at any decent hotel in town. Paid $92.00 for 1 night stay in a room with NO fridge, or microwave. Room was dirty, phone was simply there for decoration placed on a nightstand not connected. Doors barely closed, ac did not get cold enough and the staff couldnt care less. They are rude, combative, and just want to get rid of you offering no solutions or direction in which to resolve any issue. Would NEVER stay here again...Price gouging during a hurricane in a run down hotel to top it off. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY...

Rooms are old, Wi-Fi only works sporadically, Ice machine broken, phone in room doesn't work, remote doesn't work, soda machine is empty. I we stayed for a couple weeks on fema after Irma they were charging fema 90 a night and put all fema people in the back. They act as if they are doing you a favor and reprimand guests over everything it is very ghetto ish and though I've asked to be moved to a room with Wi-Fi and a phone repeatedly they refuse as they want to keep front rooms for guests paying 60 a night... Go figure. I I'll never stay there again
