BED BUGS. SO MANY OF THEM THEY ARE OUT IN DAYLIGHT. NO SHOWER N KING BED ROOM. GOT LOCKED N BATHROOM FOR ALMOST AND HOUR. JAY PATEL THE OWNER WON'T SPEAK TO ME BUT NO ONE ELSE CAN RETURN YOUR MONEY BUT THEY CAN TAKE IT. WASN'T IN ROOM 3 HOURS AND FOR 10 DAYS STRAIGHT THE MANAGER IS NEVER THERE. I'VE CALLED MORNING NOON AND NIGHT FOR 9 DAYS IN A ROW.IF YOUR A CRACKHEAD, DRUGGIES, HOOKER , OR UNDERCOVER COP THIS IS THE PLACE FOR U. NOT ANYONE ELSE. THE POOL ISN'T EVEN FULL ITS GREEN ALLEGE ABOUT 6" DEEP ..... RUN THE OTHER WAY

I had a little misunderstanding at the beginning of my stay which was not caused by the administration. I am very pleased with the service I receive. The staff from the administrative office are awesome.

The maintenance man is a real prick.. I've been sitting in this hot room for over 30 min waiting on him to get off his fat lazy ass and come fix my a.c.. I haven't even been here 2 hours.
 
DAY 2: We have been moved to a new room but our troubles at the royal palms continue. The maintenance man is still a fat lazy slob with pill sweats and a drinking problem. But now we get do share out adventure with bed bugs and junkies. New room smells of bad decisions and one dollar bills. Feral children play in the parking lot .

Worst job I ever had.. worked here in 2007. The name changed, but it appears as though the same junk followed... This is NOT my style.. I was employed as a desk clerk.. sorry for your loss...

Woke up eaten alive by bed bugs, I mean everywhere so I go to tell the help desk I want to file a complaint to the manager and ask for my money back, he give me an attitude and say wait until the morning!!!
