Wow what a great experience. They are SUPER helpful here they actually ask you what you're working on and truly try to help on your project. There's an older gentleman here that's literally a hardware guru and knows pretty much every product and it's location in the store. There was 3 employees at one point helping me find the stuff i need. Thanks 5 stars

This place should be ashamed of themselves. Calling themselves the neighborhood store. My wife came in this evening to get a lock replaced on our mailbox. I won’t go into details but writing this is the only way I can calm down from going in there myself. He sold us the incorrect lock. After she tried to replace it. She was not able to as the clerk or associate told her she was wrong and was completely rude and disrespectful. Needless to say she came home in tears crying from the way she was treated. If you want to be belittled not informed. This is the place for you.

A+ The Ace franchise gets it. Not only is there adequate staff available to help you, they actually know what they are doing, or can find someone that does. They can answer questions and offer solutions that you might not have thought of. They make Home Depot and Lowes look like amateur slugs! Thanks Ace!

I'm a contractor and this is probably the best hardware store I've ever been to. Very helpful staff, immaculately well kept and feels like a small hometown store that's professionally operated. It's actually very pleasant to shop here.

Went to use a holiday coupon, and was refused even though on coupon didn't start exclusion of the item-Manager's decision upon check out.
