No one could find a 1/2 inch cap to cap a faucet inlet. It was not the threads. I finally had to buy a short supply line and a male plug. If there is something I don't know or your staff doesn't know then please train them. I spent hours over something that should have been simple.

Should give it less stars because of how much of my annual income these guys get, but when you need stuff for your house, lawn, garden, etc... this is probably the best location. Pros working in many of the plumbing, electrical depts and such. Super nice and always willing to help.

Close to home, taxes are good and every one that works there I've met years ago. I also give Ace Hardware ( Kipling and Bowles) the same star's for the same reason. Good people in our neighborhood.

Came in looking for sand and sand bags to create weights. First was sent to Garden by a kind gentleman who spoke very little English. Another guy in garden sent me to lumber where I stood completely ignored while multiple males were helped in the lumber aisle. Finally got one of the men working to make eye contact and he completely belittled me and walked away to help someone else. Absolutely disgusting experience.

Sales tax is little less at this location (helpful on big purchases). Staff are pretty friendly.
